I would love to review the candles weeks ago, however, I am still waiting. The delay is very disappointing and I will hesitate to order more.

Hi Suzan, so sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Unfortunately all freight carriers, are experiencing heavy delays at the moment. We have checked up on your order and it is scheduled, due to arrive by the end of the week. Having ordered candles for my mother’s funeral & believing the written information on the website regarding express delivery (an additional $50+), the candles arrived 5 days after the funeral! Very disappointing. Please adjust your advertising if COVID restrictions are to blame so others are not disappointed as I was. I am sure the actual candles are beautiful.

Hi Elizabeth, we're so sorry to hear that your express shipping parcel didn't arrive to you in time. We currently do have a pop-up banner on the website explaining how due to Covid lockdowns and restrictions both standard and express freight are experiencing delays however I have passed on your message to our team to look at improving this. Hi Wendy, we're sorry to hear your items have not arrived. In the future, if something doesn't arrive or there is an issue with your order please contact our customer service team so we can have someone look into the issue. Upon investigation, we can see there was an attempted delivery however the courier's company was unable to successfully make delivery. Totally disappointed with the service! Their courier service was so unprofessional left packages in a in secure space. Lots all my orders. So spent money to recieve nothing. Southern lights crook no responsibility and offered me a 20%discount to spend more money!! I had previously bought from them before so I want a one off customer. Will never shop their again!!
