“DO NOT PURCHASE THESE BEARS...... Made with cheap materials! Ordered 2 bears from their website, which stated designed in the UK with a UK address, they are actually from China! Both arrived squashed into an A4 padded envelope! One did not have a on/off switch on the battery pack. Once batteries inserted you could hear the motor running when playing, with one being even louder than the other. Awful product. Wrote to complain, emails back and forth with the first one requesting photos and videos of the problem which I sent, then came the overly nice polite emails offering firstly 20% refund, then 30%, and finally 50%. Told them I wanted a full refund! They then said that I would need to return them to China and once they have checked them they would look at refunding. Replied back that I would return them to the address in London that was on their website as that is where I was under the impression I was buying them from! Waiting on another reply.... Not holding my breath!”
