“Really happy with the product. Unfortunately my item wasn’t posted till I enquired about my order with customer services, I’m not sure why this was, but because of this I had to wait quite a while for my item- this is reflected in my rating. Although I found this disappointing, I would purchase from the website again.”

It looks like your pre-order was delivered 6 weeks from the date of order, so my sincere apologies this was beyond the 2-4 week delivery estimate and for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately some items have been taking longer than usual to come into stock due to the import break over Christmas / New Year.
