“Ordered £1500 worth of items in November 2021 as Christmas presents. Items have arrived in dribs and drabs, with the first parcel arriving 6 weeks late and after Christmas! There was no suggestion items would take this long at check out. Still waiting for half the order 3 months later. Emailed about 5 times without reply. Don't think the email account is being monitored.”

“This is the second time I’ve ordered from this website Cancelled my first order as it was over a month late with no delivery Tried to order again and still waiting for my order which again is nearing a month and no correspondence to explain the delay!”
