“Please be aware! There is only a 14 day return window and you have to pay the postage to send items back. I had purchased something in advanced for my husbands birthday but didn’t notice the return policy. Won’t be purchasing from here again!”

The returns policy can be found on the website and we do advise checking this prior to purchase if you're at all unsure about the item. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your wish to return the item, followed by a further 14 days to send the item back to us. “We have been chasing an order made in May and despite numerous emails noone has been in touch. There is no phone number to call which I find very odd and their London store is closed, I will amend this review if someone gets in touch. *We have now been told that it will be delivered soon, I will update when and if order arrives.”
