“Happy with the item I received but would have appreciated better communication regarding the issues with the other item I ordered. I only just received email today, Friday. I ordered on Wednesday. The website stated it was in stock online so my advice would be to update the stock info as I could have tried to order from somewhere else before now. Happy with the item I did receive though even if it didn’t arrive next day.”

“Huh have sent a different size than the one I ordered so I reached out to them over a week ago and had no response so now I have the wrong item with no way to resolve the issue. Also I returned another item over 10 days ago it have not had it refunded.”

Hi Oliver, Thank you for your feedback. The Gramicci brand is sold in the Asia sizing as opposed to the EU/USA sizing, as we find this to be closer inline with other UK brands. The information about sizing can be found on the product page. I can confirm the correct item was dispatched to you.
