“Huh have sent a different size than the one I ordered so I reached out to them over a week ago and had no response so now I have the wrong item with no way to resolve the issue. Also I returned another item over 10 days ago it have not had it refunded.”

Hi Oliver, Thank you for your feedback. The Gramicci brand is sold in the Asia sizing as opposed to the EU/USA sizing, as we find this to be closer inline with other UK brands. The information about sizing can be found on the product page. I can confirm the correct item was dispatched to you.
