“Extremely disappointing shopping experience with Huh. I placed my order on 12/12, short delivery started. 17/12 I received a message to say deliver would be 7-10 days as there was a delay. Over 6 weeks after placing my order I finally receive my order after having to chase. No message back to apologise, nothing just stated on page my item was Dispatched. Does that mean if I hadn’t chased I would never of received the order? Very poor service”

“Waited over 3 weeks for delivery of my item. Was informed shortly after ordering that the item had been delayed and would take 7-10 business days to be shipped, however upon chasing 2 weeks later they still said it was delayed and offered to cancel my order. Suspected it was down to the cheap price I paid for the item that they were hoping I would cancel, however also stated it wasn’t in stock - if so, I would heavily advise to not sell products that aren’t actually in stock. Seems lots of others have had similar issues on Trustpilot also, so may need to re-evaluate methods. Product has since arrived and happy, however a terrible service from start point to delivery”

“Useless, ordered an in stock Hat as a Christmas present. Once purchased was told it would be delayed so I requested a cancellation and refund which was agreed. Nearly 6 weeks of chasing and no refund. Terrible communication. Avoid like the plague”

“Ordered on 11th January, money taken from account and still no delivery. I had a dispatch delay email on 14th January. We are now on 24th January and no update has been provided. I have tried contacting the store through various channels and I have not received any response. Won't be ordering again any time soon.”
