“Ordered an item on 14/11 - was told there would be a 10 day delay on shipping. Item never arrived. Asked for a refund on 28/12 and still yet to receive the refund (20/1 when writing) pleasant service from customer services but replies have stopped and have 0 hope I will be refunded or receive the products. Not good - do not buy from this store.”

“Ordered product on the 14 dec. 17th dec told there was a delay with the order, to expect it within 7-10 days. Didn’t choose the refund option as I was told it was possible it would show up before Christmas day. I didn’t. It didn’t show up after Christmas either. Or the new year. Or after the new year. After making contact my order was cancelled on the 5th January (clearly the product wasn’t in transit or being sent) Fast forward to 19th Jan receipt of said refund either :-/ I’m sure this is not the case for everyone and this company are very good at what they do. But not this time. When a company makes mistakes it’s how they fix them that makes them stand out from the rest. Not my experience unfortunately”

“It has now been a month since I ordered. Initially was told of a 2 week delay, then no further correspondence. I only got a response from them following previous review on Trustpilot advising I could request refund. It has not been a week since I requested this and no further correspondence from them once again. This was due to be a Christmas present, so very disappointed in their poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Order #132563”

“Ordered a T shirt and it arrived in good time..Next I ordered another t shirt and tracksuit, t shirt arrived...now I have been waiting for 9 days for the tracksuit, although it said 3 days. The status of my order is confirmed with a 7 to 10 day wait,.not good enough. I spent 115 pounds on 3 items (which is a huge amount of money for me) and expect better customer service. Great website, easy to use, good range of carharrt clothing, the January sale is amazing and further discount codes available. That's the positives... Really want to like this site but 2nd time round using it has been poor experience...would use again just be more realistic you could.be waiting for your items for 2 weeks....”

“If I could give no stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company. Ordered a coat which didn’t arrive so emailed the company. Said I could cancel order and get refund as unsure when would come into the warehouse. Cancelled order 17Dec still waiting on refund. Now not responding to my emails.”

“Sadly, this is the second time I have been urged to cancel due to stocking issues. When I placed my order on line, on each occasion (in the last few months three pairs of trousers, two different orders) they were indicated as being in stock. I would not waste my time ordering something not in stock and risk forgetting about them if they never turned up. I have to ask if this is a business ploy? Get people to place orders with you regardless of whether you really have the items or not in the hope that you can get supply from the manufacturers in the meantime? I hope someone is looking at your business model because change is needed; I can not imagine ever ordering from Huh again, too much hassle, too unreliable.”

“I ordered a tshirt on 4th Dec for a Xmas present. After 2 weeks I had to chase and I was advised they didn’t have the item in stock. It’s 12th Jan now, I’ve not received the item, nor a refund, nor any sort of adequate response from them. They take days to reply to chases, don’t apologise, and feed me the same excuses every time. Order from here at your own risk! They are a shocking company.”

“Bought a few items from Huh, they seem to blow everyone else prices out the water. The quality of the items they sell are great. Delivery has been a bit slower than normal this year over the Christmas period but they keep you updated.”

“Ordered a top on 8 dec which was in stock, day after order got email saying it was on back order. 3 emails asking for a refund and nothing, they didn’t provide one. Top I ordered was then discounted in the sale. Arrive out of the blue on 8 Jan.. 1 month after order. No apology, no refund, no communication. Customer service is the worst and still eating on a refund on the sale price. Shocking.”

“Not brilliant overall. Ordered 4 items 20th November - 1 arrived as per delivery times, then messaged the other 3 were waiting for re-stock. Numerous emails (long gaps from HUH for response) finally gave up and had to chase refund which eventually came January. Disappointing as purchased for Christmas presents and thought I was in plenty of time.”
