“Terrible communication. Ordered a jumper size small, it didn’t arrive in 7 days so I reached out only to be told they did not have it in my size. I have tried to contact HUH regarding a refund but my emails have not been replied to. The jumper is also still available as a size small on the website so this has not been updated. Can someone please look into this for me.”

“Lovely bag, good size and very nice material, have yet to use it on a rainy day but I got no doubt the contents of my bag will be protected. Order arrived within 3 days and the discount was a plus. Very happy with the purchase.”

“Order arrived extremely quickly and reasonable delivery costs.... to buy same item directly from supplier would have cost £9 more in delivery costs. Will use HUH again”

“I ordered a jar back in august and I know it was on back order for approx 3 weeks. It’s nearing November and there is no sign of it. I’ve written to customer services twice and it says 5 days for a reply. It’s above 5 days since the first email and I’ve not heard a word. I want a refund it’s not been so long but they are ignoring me. Avoid avoid avoid”

“Glasses arrived just as pictured, it was easy to place the order, and they were packaged well. The text saying it would take up to 6 weeks to arrive was a little small, so I didn't realise. We weren't in a rush to get them so it wasn't an issue.”

“I ordered a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary when he opened the coat the one button popped off and the zip will not go up! Therefore cannot be used for £200 I would expect a lot better very disappointed!”
