“Wanted to return item, no info in parcel to do this have to print out order myself and add to bag after wasting time on website to find out how to return Then had to pay for return and had to pay for delivery in the first place Will not this site again if i can help it”

Hi Annette, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the returns procedure. We send all orders paperless to help cut down on waste. Our shipping and returns policy can be found at the bottom of of our website either after or before placing an order.
