“Hello. The item was delivered promptly but I was disappointed by the quality for the price. It's the Ferm Living toilet roll holder and the wooden component is very roughly finished. I was tempted to return it but I'm hoping people won't look too closely and it will look nice anyway.”

“I made two orders and never received mail that they were out of stock. Then after calling several times was told one item was going to be delivered which then also turned out to be out of stock. Despite this everyone I spoke to was lovely so it wasn't too bad.”

“UPDATE: After sending another e-mail, I've received an acknowledgment that they've checked all the other vases and agreed that they all look different than the picture provided on the website (i.e.: no black glazing on the base of the vase). They've since quickly refunded my purchase for the vase, including the cost of the shipping return. ----------------- Made multiple purchases, all was good, however one vase was extremely bad. The website said "Each piece is unique and therefore the pattern will vary from vase to vase". However, the vase that I received looked nothing remotely like the picture on the website or even like the picture sticker on the box the vase came in. The vase supposed to come with black glazing on the bottom half of it. The vase that I received had no black glazing at all (all bronze). After raising the concern with HUH store, HUH store refuses to cover the return post. Even though I've sent a picture that clearly shows how the vase looks nothing like website image that I was led to believe I was purchasing. I certainly didn't appreciate being taken for a fool when the reply e-mail referred back to the website description of how "Each piece is unique and therefore the pattern will vary from vase to vase". Variance is one thing, but "consistency" is another. If a product would have a very high varying degree within the same line, then I recommend taking more than one picture for the website so customers can gauge how big of variance exist in a line of product.”
