“I'm still waiting for my item after ordering 2 months ago. Customer service is just vague and won't commit to time frames or they just don't bother replying at all. I won't be ordering from this place again as they cannot deliver on their promises or even follow up on basic communication.”

“Very efficient order and dispatch system- mug products are well designed and well made - Have already re-ordered. The web site is confusing when searching for mugs - there is no link to mugs, cups etc from the animal goods - what has Egg got to do with mugs ?”

“Great Transaction I purchased two great Christmas presents from HUH Store, the website was extremely easy to use. The gifts arrived in good time despite the post office strike and I was kept in good knowledge of where my order was and when I would receive it. “Ordered loads of items in the last year as sticks all the brands I like. One order arrived damaged and despite emailing several times I didn’t even get a response! My latest order arrived with some items not there and again despite emailing more than once to chase up what’s going on I’m still waiting for the items or a response. It’s been over 6 weeks now since the order was placed!”
