“If I could give zero stars I would. Like many others on this forum I ordered an item… it didn’t arrive after six weeks. I emailed; I was assured the item would be with me the next week. Guess what? Nothing. I emailed again… they issued a refund, with no covering message to apologise for awful service (RUDE). It’s a week later and there’s nothing in my bank.. I have just emailed AGAIN. I’ll wait to see what happens. Such an appalling and shoddy way to run a business”

Hi Claire, Thank you for your feedback. Our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused by the delivery delay, which was caused by a recent typhoon shutting down our supplier’s factory. However, we do believe that stating we were rude in our responses is unfair. I have shared our original reply to you below, in which we apologised for the inconvenience caused by the delay. You replied requesting a refund for the item and it was promptly issued for you. Please allow 3-10 business days for funds to clear into your statement. The item is now back in stock, should you still require it, and our apologies again for any inconvenience caused. —- Hi Claire, Thank you for your order. I'm sorry to say there has been a slight delay receiving some of the new stock from Peanuts, our sincere apologies. We now expect to be delivering to you next week. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation & tracking via email and delivery will be with a next day service. Again, our sincere apologies for the delay and any inconvenience it has caused. We will keep you updated on the delivery.

“Copy and pasted from my Trust Pilot review for ease: Ordered at the start of July and item has not yet been dispatched. Contacted them after 2 weeks to be told that suppliers were running late. They say that they will respond to query after 5 days but that has never been the case during this experience. Received an email on 1 Aug saying that the stock was now on its way to them and would be sent out the next day. As of 7 Aug it still has not arrived. I have had 2 unanswered communications, one weeks ago just asking for refund instead of an item multiple weeks late. Looking at the website this seems to be a common scenario: Items good quality but absolutely no idea when they will turn up. May I suggest that you do not sell items that you have zero visibility of receiving yourselves. Really disappointed as the product range looks good. Edit 13 Aug: there are still adverts popping up on Facebook saying that the t shirt that I am waiting for is available next day delivery. This is knowingly misleading. Edit 16 Aug: still no response and still no item arrived. I notice that HUH usually reply on here where they can defend themselves but nothing on here either. All I want is a refund now but I can't get a response. There are plenty of other reviews saying the same. If you buy from here and get nothing (having read this..) you only have yourself to blame. Edit 2 September: still no reply, still no product received. Edit 8 September, still no reply and no product received. For information, the product is a Langsam Run Club t-shirt. It that's what you are considering buying, don't. They don't have them. Edit 17 September, still no item, still no response. I would still accept a refund but my requests for one have been ignored in the past. I will try to dispute through my bank.”

“My order took around a month to arrive. Very little and very poor communication. I have as offered a refund and I accepted, only to be ignored again. Eventually received my order. Very poor experience. I would recommend staying away from this store.”

“Great experience buying from HUH. Store for the first time. I ordered the lovely Snoopy soaps for myself and for a friend and they arrived safely in robust packaging just a few days later. With Christmas rapidly approaching i very much suspect i will be looking to HUH. Store to solve all of my gift problems.”

“The product sent was fine but I bought it as a present for 26 August. It was supposed to be delivered 12-14 August. It did not arrive. There was no communication about why it was not sent. Only when I chased it was I told there had been a supply problem. It eventually arrived in September - again I was not notified of delivery. The service was disappointing.”

“The branded product was as expected and arrived as expected- however the return process is strange , it just says to send back without normal email booking and my return has not been either acknowledged or returned in 3 weeks so i don’t have correspondence to follow up.”

“These are nice products. However, just bear in mind some of these product are pre order. It took 84 days to get to me. Some products I gave up on or swapped and a refund, which took 49 days! Communication also very poor and in frequent. Won’t be buying from them again!”

“Utterly woeful experience, do not shop here. Ordered a Tshirt at the start of June and yet to receive it. No contact number to speak to someone at Huh and they do not respond to emails. They still have my money despite requesting a refund, and refuse to acknowledge my complaint. Pretty fraudulent behaviour so please avoid! It appears they have very little in stock but are more than happy to take your money. They have just responded to this message claiming they have refunded me. This is a lie. I do not have my money and have no confirmation of the refund. They have asked me to change my review though, how ironic.”
