“I placed an order on 6 March. We are now 4 month on from that date, almost 5 months to be precise. No Table, no updates, no nothing. I've requested a refund with you.. no refund has happened. No reply to any emails, no comms... in this day & age where we are in constant comms, no replies are quite frankly appalling. A refund takes literally minutes to action. You should be ashamed of the service you are offering.”

“We ordered a coffee table and after months of waiting we asked for a refund. We have been waiting for this refund since March 2023 (>200£). Now they don’t even respond to emails. Totally unacceptable. Please avoid this company.”

“Extremely poor communication and experience. I ordered some glasses on 8 May and since then all I get is updated emails now and again but still haven’t received the delivery - it’s now mid July. I can’t call anyone because they don’t have a phone number. You can only contact them via email and even then no one responds!! Extremely unimpressed with this company. I just want a refund ASAP!!!”
