“Ordered a HAY bedside table in February, it was technically in stock but apparently the system was not up to date and had to be ordered, as today I have't received the promise refund or the table, no response to my email, no phone number to contact them, if this is not a SCAM i don't know what it is.”

“Returned a pair of jeans requesting refund on the 1st of June via tracked mail. Royal Mail show that it was received on the 6th of June. I still haven’t had a refund and no-one’s responding to my emails. Awful customer service…avoid.”
