“I've been trying to contact you to find out where my order is but after e-mailing and using your chat system, no-one has responded. I placed my order over a week ago with the understanding that I would receive my parcel within 1-3 working days...a week later I still haven't received anything. The money has left my account too so I'm not happy. Please could you get in touch.”

“My order arrived within the specified time and very happy with my Carhartt overalls... also appreciated the 20% promo ... I also ordered a second pair but these were sent in the wrong size so had to go back ...waiting for my refund but would definitely shop here again.”

“Wouldn’t recommend huh store if there’s a high chance that you’re going to return what you’re purchasing. No refund was received until I followed up with an email after 2 weeks of sending the item back. Great delivery - poor returns service.”
