“Terrible customer service. Bought a table in May this year with a 3-6 week lead time. Ended up taking 4 months to arrive and struggled with getting updates from Huh Store. They don't have a customer helpline number so communication only possible via email. Kept being told order should be with me shortly but didn't arrive. I eventually submitted a complaint via email a couple of weeks ago. Never heard anything back but then table arrived at my address out of the blue and with no prior notification of imminent delivery. I will avoid buying anything from this company in future.”
