“Paid £6.95 for signed for next day delivery but the item was posted out simple first class. Requested a refund of the difference between the two types of postage however did not even receive a reply. Shocking customer service and a rip off. They have redeemed themselves and refunded my postage - many thanks and now my faith in the company and their customer service has been restored. Thank you.”
