“I been happy with this company before.they fitted some new windows, everything looks like been ok until I asked for some extra job to do,i want reduce size of my window and they said that they can do this, when I went to their office and asked about appointment were been made for me 15:30 but this guy were do measure he came after 14:00 I was sleeping after night shift and couldn’t hear him I don’t mind about this because he rang me later and told me that if they will do this brickwork it will cost for me extra about 1000 £ I been shocked for these news, because was need only couple bricks and blocks when we discussed about everything I asked to him why he came 14:04 if our appointment been 15:30? First he trying to lie to my but when I told him that I’ve got proof about what time he must to be he very quickly changed his mind,I will never ever deal anymore with this company, if you no want to do extra job just tell me but don’t try to lie and charge three times more then really cost.”
