“You absolutely know what great customer service is. 💯🙌🏽🌺 Thank you for being so patient, listening to what I needed and giving me the space to make sure I chose the right chair for me. I wasn’t completely sure what I needed when I walked in, but I knew I couldn’t afford to make the wrong choice — especially when I spend so many hours sitting at my computer.
You made the whole experience easy, relaxed and reassuring, and I’m so grateful.
And the chair — I love it! Hurdleys really do have quality chairs.
For anyone who spends 5+ hours a day at a computer, I would say this: invest in a good chair and invest in your health. Your back, your body and your wellbeing matter. A chair isn’t just furniture when you sit in it all day — it’s part of looking after yourself.
Thank you again for such awesome service. You were amazing. 🌺🙏🏽”
