It seems that when you place an order they do not understand English on your special request. They play dumb and waist your time. I requested for them to have premium VPN and connect to my country before I will approve a login. Its been the 3 day now and they just keep delaying you and they will keep delaying you just to irritate you. This is so incompetent of them and they cannot really fulfill your requests. If you ask for a refund it is another story then they will pass your order onto the Arbitration team that usually reply in 1 - 6 hours, its now been 12 hours but I assure you they say it could tale 1 - 72 hours it will be more than that if you just let it go, so pathetic. NOW THEY BLOCK ME AND TOOK MY MONEY

“They barely managed to provide the service I requested, the booster I was assigned to broke terms of service, the communication with my order manager and me, but also the booster and me has been miserable. They offered a refund according to their terms of service but couldn't explain any farther as I asked what exactly it'd entail. They delivered roughly 10% of what I had ordered before cancelling the order. They ended up calling me a scammer for saying that I would charge back the money if their refund option is unfair. (coupon, partial refund) And that I was not willing to pay for something I did not receive. They deleted my account and deleted every message they had sent & blocked me on discord. (Making a peaceful refund solution impossible.) Also the booster was barely above my skilllevel, if even. Also before you say that you cant identify me, I have taken several screenshots and have my order number/id as well as the receipt.”
