“Ordered two 250ml cups in August, received and email confirming shipment at the end of October (yes, October!), but 12 days later, no delivery. Complete shambles.”

As discussed, at the time of your order we had a paypal issue it seems where we were not notified of your order if you did not click the link provided on screen two return to our store and complete it. We recently mass updated a load of completed (and it seems incomplete by mistake) orders to clear them off the system, which is why you then received the email. Our system has since been adjusted to prevent this from happening again.

“Having used an Apollo 700 hvlp unit for many years with outstanding results,I replaced it with an Apollo 1500 3 stage unit. Compressor fine, gun quality average, fan was not equal one side sprayed heavier. i contacted HVLP shop said they would get back to me never did. I ordered replacement needle and spray tip same size as original, when received the needle angle was less and the quality was better than the original. All good now, in hindsight though I would look for a better quality spray gun.”

“The service from the supplier was very good. The product an Air flow control Kit to fit a ANB300 Gun was not fit for purpose and in no time broke this was the 3rd one that i have had . I wont be buying a 4th .”

“ONCE I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR which wasnt immediately obvious (FILTERS FOR AN APPOLO TURBINE) THE CHECKOUT SYSTEM WAS SIMPLICITY ITS SELF AND THE PRODUCT ARRIVED ON TIME.ALL IN ALL A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE.”

“I bought an Apollo SprayMaster1200. I have only used rattle cans before and so approached spraying the whole car with trepidation. The instructions were clear and straightforward. I practiced on our fridge to get the mix and pressure right. I had a curious mix of brilliant success and some disappointment where my skills needed honing, but the gun performed well. One area to look out for is that when switched on the gun is blowing air constantly, so be careful where you point it as you may stir up some dust - I ended up putting dust sheets up the walls. Another thing to watch out for is that the hose is quite rigid so you have to be careful when working round the car that you don't pull it over any of your work. All-in-all, I was very pleased with it.”

“I needed an Apollo1500 turbine without a hose and spray gun they tried hard to accommodated me and gave me a good price and sent out same day,I have bought Apollo and also a Graco turbine which is far more expensive, The Graco I was assured never went wrong but it did twice and the Apollo really does just a good job,however the advice I would give from what I learnt is the paint one uses is the most important factor when using these turbines,standard paints can be sprayed but they have to be mixed really well with water and the settings spot on,we always had issues, until a wax paint finish rep came to visit and recommended paint which they had developed for spraying, the paint made an incredible difference and sprays brilliantly with an Apollo .
