“I paid my money and had emails saying the sprayer had been delivered. No sign of it at all. I have tried phoning, emailed twice but no reply. No communication at all other than false messages saying it has been delivered. I will give it a few days, then start proceedings to get my money back. I would rather have a sprayer though.”

Apologies I gather you got this in the end with FED EX, seems we had this sent directly from Apollo and there were unforeseen delays with these vari speed machines.

“Spray gun seal broke after first use. No response from the company regarding a replacement. Resorted to paying for seals and next working day delivery so I could progress work. This delivery didn’t arrive as paid for. No customer service to speak of. Social media accounts linked to all emails isn’t even for the company. Full refund requested and again no response. Will not use again”

“I ordered a spray machine from you on the 9th and paid for next day delivery. I did recieve a all from one of your team saying it would be a day or 2 late. That i would recieve it either Wednesday or Thursday. Now we are on 16th and still don't have a spray machine. Not impressed with the service”

“This is the second HPLV unit that I have purchased form this company. Part of the equipment was faulty/damaged and when I notified them they said that they would replace the item but made the excuse that it wasn't that important. It may not be important to them but if I am paying good money for something it should be fit for purpose. I am still waiting for the replacement item. I will not be buying from this company again.”

As discussed, at the time of your order we had a paypal issue it seems where we were not notified of your order if you did not click the link provided on screen two return to our store and complete it. We recently mass updated a load of completed (and it seems incomplete by mistake) orders to clear them off the system, which is why you then received the email. Our system has since been adjusted to prevent this from happening again.

Very sorry about this but looking into what happened your order was lost in the post and we didn't have any more to send at the time, we went to refund you immediately then when we realized, closing your paypal case.
