“It feels good when you recovered your lost funds from your scam broker. “I was a victim of binary options and crypto currency scam. I was shattered and distraught, thought all hope was lost when I lost my money as i have invested all most of my savings. I made contact with the authorities, but was still on the same spot after 8 months. “I have good experience with HYCM.especially my account manager Mr.shekho is very cooperative and responsive. I have only one concern that market is off on weekend where as crypto currencies trafing are opened 24×7 in other trading plateform.”

“On several instances, I have lost considerable amounts of money because of a defect in HYCM new deposit mechanism, as I was not able to make immediate deposits to maintain my margin. Additionally, it is so disappointing, that the loyalty rewards programme has been stopped without informing me when my account was transferred from HYCM UK to HYCM Cayman. The same applies to the deposit bonus which has stopped suddenly few months ago.”

“It's been over 10 years since I have been a client of HYCM . I can only say that if i had bad servecies with the firm I would have had left to one of the competitors yet I'm still dealing with HYCM. For many reasons .profissionalisim ,courtesy, and delievery of service people and platform.one point here should be written , dealing is not only technologies but more important are the human factors. Mr.. Mohammed Shaiko is the person whom kept me so long with this firm not through the extra mile he goes out of his way to attend to all my needs but also his human touch with vast experience he holds in him which was demonstrated all these years by being there to asist when I needed him. The firm HYCM is a great institution but people like Mr.. Shaiko makes it an excellent financial institution to deal with .Regards, Mohammed Bashraheel.”

“Dear HYCM You are a perfect broker. Your platform is perfect and spreads are normal and most importantly they are fixed. The only problem I have with your policy is SWAP. Its Really ruining the trade. The question is do you have any policy to remove swap in the future? Regards Hadi”
