The mattress took a little longer than the given 4 weeks delivery, but very happy with it once it arrived. I have had it for almost 2 months now, and have no-negatives. I have always preferred a firm mattress due to back pain, and struggled to sleep on my front but have had no pain in the morning or during sleep since having this mattress.
It is also very light given the size of the mattress.

We had a delivery issue – the courier couldn’t find our address and sent the order back to Hypnia which was frustrating but when we called Hypnia customer service they jumped into action and got it all sort with the mattress being delivered the very next day, now that’s what I call service. We deal with Stephen who was great.
