“The deep cleaning appointment with hygienist Charlotte Bond costs £125 for half an hour. During this time, Charlotte spent 10 minutes poking the teeth and gums, another 10 minutes administering anesthetic shots, and attempting to sell an electric toothbrush. The actual cleaning took only 10 minutes and covered just half of the mouth. To clean the entire mouth, we need to schedule another half-hour appointment at an additional cost of £125. This means that the total cost for teeth cleaning alone would be £250. Additionally, please note that without completing this procedure, Hyslop will not allow me to join their regular monthly payment plan. I wanted to make you aware of this before you consider becoming their new client.”

“I joined the practise just over a year ago and james Hyslop had a very nervous patient on his hands. He explained every procedure carefully and I never felt rushed or anxious. The anaesthetic injections were painless, and all the work was carried out efficiently with james constantly asking if I was fine. Over the months I had dental implants, root canal, fillings and new caps. The end result has given me back my confidence to smile again.”

“My partner had recovered from Cancer and had seen two private Dentists, we were unable to go out for meals and enjoy get togethers with friends, as eating was so difficult. That was until we found James Hyslop and all that changed, my partner now has fabulous teeth, no pain and we can got to friends for meal, we can't thank you enough Dr Hyslop. I am also a patient now. As you can guess we highly recommend Hyslop Dental.”

“i was with Hyslop for about five years,paying them hundreds..i recently told them i was now entitled to free dental treatment, Result? they cancelled my next three appointments. How unprofessional. if theyd spoken to me and explained they dont do NHS payiients id have excepted it,they didnt The phrase " mercanary cowboys" comes to mind.Theyve no respect for their patients. WOULDNT RECCOMEND.”

“Recently underwent my Invisalign treatment plan with Rhys, well what can I say Rhys was so helpful understanding and could not have done more I was made to feel at total ease and absolutely under no pressure to commit but so glad I did as the results are absolutely amazing so so pleased and the aftercare has been great, I totally recommend the practice and procedure fantastic”

“After a lifetime fear of the dentist, due to my teeth being badly damaged as a child ( from a road accident) I finally plucked up the courage to do something about the really bad state of my teeth. Due to my neglect, I had gum disease and many teeth were loose. A recommendation led me to Hyslop Dental and it's no exaggeration to say that my life has been transformed!! I never smiled and now I can't stop smiling. I had dentures and implants. Mr Hyslop was extremely patient and helpful and explained the procedures carefully. I cannot thank him and his wonderful team enough. I have so much more confidence now and my only regret is that I didn't do this years ago! If, like me you have realised you need to do something about the state of your teeth, then go to see Mr Hyslop. It will change your life! I'm eternally grateful to you all!”
