Well, Mr Hyundai C.E.O. Well, where do i start this has got to be the most disgusting and appalling car company that is licenced to sell cars in the UK and headed by Ashley Andren C. E.O. or Mr insult to everyone that has to deal with his company and so-called customer joke service after spending there hard earned money on one of his junk cars Hyundai Tucson. Don't be taken in by the advertising campaign for the Tucson that this man has running on TV buy a car from this man and regret it. If you have a problem with the car, he has his staff very well trained in how to slam the door in your face. I Bought one of his Tucson's just over a year ago from day one it spends more time in the service bay with major faults and Mr Ashley Andren staff are very well trained in we are not interested clear off tuff luck. I have been told by his wonderful and highly trained staff that have no interest in the problems with the car, and what i should do to resolve the issues with the car is to sell it to some else, or trade it in and buy another one company has no morals at all. And when the so-called customer service puts you on hold when you're on the phone complaining phones your dealership and up disrespects you to the salesperson and when you phone back to complain twice no one is interested if you are thinking of buying a car from this man, please be kind to yourself and by elsewhere your heath will benefit in the long run. This Company Does Not Care. Stay away there are much better car brands out there and have respect for their customer's which the C. E.O. of this company does not have. Edit

HMUK3217294 Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Car was faulty from day 1 and they refused to acknowledge it and it has taken us over 6 months to get them to finally let us out of the lease. Stay well away unless you like stress.

I made a very big mistake purchasing the Hyundai ionic fully electric vehicle. I charged the vehicle full on the motorway at the service station whist travelling with my wife and my 2 month old son. My vehicle was showing 125 miles and to reach my destination was 69 miles. I had 56 miles extra and had 1 mile remaining until I was about to reach my destination. My vehicle was showing 0 miles before I reached my destination. My vehicle just went off and I don't understand where the extra miles went. I would never recommend this vehicle to anyone it has caused me alot of stress and has made my life hell.

Spoke to Hyundai UK "Customer Services" on the phone regarding a warranty issue. They are unable to tell me if a part diagnosed as faulty by a local garage would be covered under the terms of a Hyundai warranty. Their warranty team will not deal with customers, only Hyundai dealerships. Although a mechanical fault has been diagnosed it's not accepted by Hyundai unless you take your car to them & pay them an extortionate fee for them to diagnose a fault so they can then supposedly liaise with their warranty team to see if the fault is covered. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Forget about any kind of after service from Hyundai unless you use them for everything throughout your Hyundai vehicle ownership.

" Beware of Hyundai " Never again will I buy a Hyundai i40, I have a Hyundai i40 on a 16 plate that I have from new this car has only done 3,700 miles, this car has been back to Hyundai service on so many times that I am on first name terms with the AA breakdown drivers due to the battery that keeps going flat, they cannot seem to find the problem. As they cannot resolve this problem I phoned Hyundai customer services as the dealer cannot seem to find the problem and was told that I would and to wait for the car to breakdown again and to ask the AA driver not to clear any faults, I replied to her and said as this car almost got me killed on the motorway when the car lost all power and you expect me to keep on driving until it develops the fault again and put my life at risk, she just repeated it again to drive the car and wait for the fault to develop, this car now spends most of it's it time sitting on my drive way, hence the very low mileage. never again will I buy a Hyundai. The worst customer service that I have ever come across.

If anyone out there is foolish enough to want to own a HYUNDAI... Please take note of my issues Problems with dual drive clutch(auto gearbox) shuddering in first gear. Car is very hesitant when pulling away. Stop Start does not work, sat nav unit... well its already on its third unit (which is now FAULTY) and needs a fourth. already ahd 2 recalls (trailing arms and brake lights) , Car CANNOT negotiate even SLIGHTEST of inclines in bad (snowy) weather as I found out! NO SUPPORT from Head office... NO customer goodwill and to be frank I believe the warranty has more holes than a teabag. BUY THIS CAR AT YOUR PERIL... infact BUY ANY HYUNDAI at your peril. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Visited to look at an ix35. Two staff members were in the showroom. One was eating his dinner in full view with a cannot-be-bothered look, whilst the other important-looking bloke approached. He responded to simple questions superciliously, cockily and patronisingly. He was devoid of warmth and acted as though he was doing us a favour by even speaking to us. Worse was the fact that he appeared to be a senior staff member. He took our details down saying he would get back to us when a suitable car became available. Over a year later, no follow-up call yet. We left this dealer and bought two expensive 4x4s from another dealer instead. A work colleague got the same attitude from staff at this dealer and as an aside, a staff member was also busy eating openly. The colleague went on to buy an HyundaiTucson from a friendly Hyundai dealer.
