“Purchased the Electric Lawnmower HYM3800E. Just 8 months ago. First problem my own fault: I ran over the wire; not use to electric have been using petrol mowers. Replaced the plug and after that it worked okay for a couple of months. However last week the motor stopped working: seemed to be labouring hard and then just cut out. Will not operate at all now. Cant return it for repair since I do not have the original box and they will probably blame me anyway for running over the wire. Another problem: the grass does not go to the rear of the collection box so you have to keep emptying it regularly even though it is only half full.”
