The business is basically an automates box on a corner. if you try to speak with anyone about your concerns, you will be directed to their third-party payment company and that company will tell you that they don’t know anything about the management of the gym. It’s a runaround. Stay away. To top it all off, the staff is impatient, dismissive, and rude. It’s a culture of lazy unaccountability.”
