“Received package on time today. 1 bottle of ColoPril and 1 bottle of Phenocal order #IHF169689. The plastic cap on the bottle of Phenocal was smashed to bits The protective cover under the cap was still on but slightly damaged. I saw no obvious tampering of contents so I fell OK about taking your product. Hope it works as advertised. Thought you should know about broken cap Craig Barnard”

“Love your excellent customer service department. Very efficient, courteous and thorough. The only complaint I have is the pricing increase on your Menoquil menopausal symptom relief pills. It is such a large increase that it may prevent me from continuing to purchase this product from you.”

“I am satisfied with the timely deliver of my purchase. I am satisfied with the product in helping to curve my appetite from over eating. Only the cost is a bit much for me and I must know to work harder in not to over eat so that I do not have to order as quickly. Thanks.”

“I need to return the product I purchased (ColoPril) but cannot find an address to ship to. Funny, when you call the company you only get a message to leave your name and number. That is a joke! They do not have a return or office address on their website.”

“I ordered a 3-month supply. I started using it on March 25 on both knees and the tube is used up on March 30. It is definitely not going to last 3 months, so I am disappointed.”

“Your online system makes it difficult to place an order. Every time I try to use a coupon it is connected to your online, it rejects the coupon even though It’s on the offer on line. When I finally got a Representative to take my order and use my coupon, I asked her to send me an email showing what I ordered. I finally got one but I couldn’t open it. Your online services needs much attention.”

“I have been using i-health fulfillment for well over 5 years and never had an issue. I decided to give Glowpeel a try and I got a bad allergic reaction to it. My face turned red with rashes. I asked for a return and they want me to pay for a return label. This is absurd... I am sorry that this happened, I have been very satisified with this company for many years..”
