Well, I sent my jewelry to them on 3/11/2020, almost three years ago and they kept my jewelry, and just blew me off. I've been trying to get ahold of them ever since. Don't call the # they have , it's not their # at all. It might have been 3 yrs. ago, but I'm a very persistent person and I will either get what I'm owed or they will be sued. I know the COVID was just taking over our country but I didn't deserve to be ripped off. I'm glad I have a list and know what they stole from me. I will be rectified. You losers.

Everything they yell you is false. I submitted 2 Gemstone rings with diamonds and real gold. I was told my rings didn't contain either and then I had to pay them 50 bucks to get my rings back! They should be in today, and boy they better be in the same shape I sent them in, which was perfect! Jewelry never worn! We'll see... I'll update later. I gave one star because it wouldn't allow me to leave it blank. Scammers!

Scammers I sent two gold pendants, one with garnets and diamond chips. My local pawn shop had already offered me $50, but I thought they were worth more. I received a check for $35 and emailed them that day I wanted to return the check and get my pieces back. I had no specific address to mail back the check, and requested the address in my email. Ten days later, after three telephone calls and another email, I mailed the check to the incomplete address I had. It was returned by the post office six weeks later as undeliverable. After several emails with Arielle, she told me my jewelry was no longer available. Since I thought I had no choice, I deposited the check using my phone app. A few hours later, Arielle suddenly emailed me my jewelry was found, I just need to send a photo of the check. I did - assuming they would stop it before it cleared my bank. I would have a returned deposit fee, but I would have my jewelry. Within minutes - Arielle emails me again calling me a lier and saying she knows I cashed the check therefore not entitled to my jewelry. My thought is she knew I had deposited the check when she told me my pieces were found.

I sent in my over $2,000 diamond/gold ring and they sent me a check for $16.00. I asked for the ring back and now I can't get in touch with anyone. Tried calling and was sent to this site. I don't want a $16.00 check, I could have gotten at least $200.00 selling on my own. I had original receipt for the ring. I just want my ring back and no one will contact me.
