“They contacted me by telephone in China on a Saturday, answered my messages on a Sunday morning and were willing to go the extra mile to help me in a difficult situation where time was very limited. I might not have been able to get the job I have now without their sense of customer service.”

“There is little scarier than sending your passport off to an address and company that you don't know, praying it's not a scam or an incompetent outfit that will lose such an important and valuable document. Rest assured you can totally trust this company! We are travelling to China on business in 2-3 weeks, but also have 2 other trips out of the UK beforehand so we needed a fast and secure turnaround. We got superb service and attention from Joey, everything happened exactly as they said it would and the passports were returned yesterday in time for our next flight. I looked at the quantity of good reviews for i2visa and hoped that this was the right thing to do - and it was. I couldn't even get an appointment to drop my application documents into the Chinese Embassy in London until next week - these guys have received, processed and returned the completed visa to me in less than a week - 5 star service in anyone's books! Thanks again Joey.”
