it happened like this, so I have a trade with us for a 5-year note with a June contract, but last Friday I didn't close the trade, Monday 1 June the contract was finished the trade should have closed itself but the trade was still there with floating + $ 40 and I couldn't close trade, the next day my floating became + $ 20 and then I contacted the team to help me slowly they responded the next day Wednesday my trade closed with - $ 271 then I compared the closing price with the price on the platform when I closed differently, then I emailed them they continued said the price in their contract was that much (in numbers I lost).
For me this is not merely their fault. I believe they won't be deceptive, but with a broker this big he can't do anything for me.
