In the critical situation, IC Markets support cant help. I really dissapointed with IC Markets. I had a deposit to my account and till market closed, i didnt get my deposit credited to my trading account. Live chat support also didnt provide a clear answer just said wait an wait. Now over 12 hour live support said accounts team is not working in Saturday and Sunday. I told them this is what im afraid coz market is closed.
Also, im facing this same issue 3 times and they not fix the deposit system yet.

“after closing market on Friday 05 April 2024 I don't receive my triple swap on xngusd, this morning Friday 05 april 2024 take a screenshot and my swap was at 289.42 and after closing the market it was reduced to 284.62 something is wrong see attachments
the swap was always in my favor because I don't want to close my position they changed the swap to their advantage to force me to close my position in a loss
I have asked for help but cannot get my benefit swap back
what I've noticed lately is that icmarkets.com just scams customers and makes them lose money
Even after 6 years of having a free swap account, in January they forced me to have a swap account or pay fees, they started charging fees without notifying me
