“So approx 3 months ago I googled Australian visas and this "company" pops up. Says they can give a phone call for 40 dollars so I think "sod it" for 40 dollars they can answer some of my queries. He rings, and doesn't manage to answer any of my questions but continues to try and get me to give me more money so they can build a profile for me etc. This was around 800 pounds. I completely say no as alarm bells were ringing an then he put someone else on the phone. A lady, who seemed to know how to talk a bit better an gave me the answers I wanted an she states that getting the payment down today means that you're practically safe just incase Australia laws change. I said I would do a partial payment of 150 an the rest at another point. After doing this, my log in details wouldn't work an alarm bells were massively ringing, especially due to the fact that none of the 3 people I spoke to had an Australia accent either. So I ignored all there calls and off there own back they took another 650 something from my account without permission. I gave them a review and contacted my bank. They got me to sign some form an agreed to pay me the 650 something pounds back bur may take 45 business days. Which of course is absolutely ridiculous. Its now been approx 50 days an they're making silly excuses an saying they will keep in touch etc but I've heard nothing and still have not got the money back.
To anyone desperate to move, don't make the same foolish mistakes I've made. Be patient and find the write people to help you.
I will make sure I leave this review all over social media including Google and do everything I can to stop them making money.
If you read this I.C then return my money as you agreed!
Do NOT give these any money.”
“Be careful and stay away from them! Only use this official website:
homeaffairs.gov.au
and you will get your visa safe and fast.
IC Australia is fake.”
“Do not use!!
Terrible company, they will fraudulently add fake positive reviews but they are terrible!!!
Do not waste your money!! Use down under centre of a legitimate migrant agent from Australia.”
“Terrible company do not use!!!!!
please look at their "5 star reviews" they are all written in the same way and clearly left by members of the team at IC australia. This is the sneakiest company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Please do not use them.”
“The company is far more interested in getting your money than they are with providing decent services. Do not expect a refund, even if you request one the same day. The company are slow to respond to questions and are not affiliated with the Australian government. There is no reason to be using their "service", many others are correct in labelling this company a scam.”
“Not a trust worthy company at all. Only cared about getting the most money out of me, couldn’t explain the reasons to why they do things, gave me completely irrelevant contracts to signs, and have terrible communication skills.
I can’t recommend this company, luckily a different site helped me with the problems icaustralia created.
Only a waste of time and money.”
“Their terms of use outline that they are not reliable for any losses to your information, that they are not to be held liable for your information being disseminated, that they are not to be held accountable for the false statements and incorrect guarantees, express or implied (like that they are certified by OMARA). This company lives to screw people over, dont let them”
“This is a scam.
IC Australia is run from a Portuguese location and has no MARA number or agency. They are a middle man who will tell you there are no more fees and then call you and lie about the government wanting money when they have never submitted an application. They demand you pay immediately or you lose the money you have already paid to get more money over and over. Our bank accounts were emptied by these scammers.
Do not use these incredulous scammers.
They also use a click farm to get their positive reviews. So be aware that their rating and reviews are also falsified.”
