“Fraud warning. I recently paid them for a telephone consultation. The only information given to me during that consultation was that I needed to pay more money to unlock the services. Total scam. SCAM - This company operate a high pressure sales tactics and prey on the emotion attached to families and individuals looking to start a new adventure in Australia, they have awful reviews on multiple platforms where people have lost THOUSANDS of pounds to this company, specifically check Reddit forums.
They asked me to place a deposit after I had explained I wanted to take some time to consider proceeding and discuss with my wife. I specifically asked if the payment could. be refunded to which their rep confirmed it would be. within 24 hours I contacted them to cancel and refund to which they refused.
Over the last 8 weeks they have called me repeatedly stating that they cannot cancel without me signing a document. The document if signed prevents you from leaving negative reviews about the company. Another scare tactic and completely immoral.
If you need a red flag to put you off using this company let it be that when I spoke to them most recently they offered to refund 50% of my money if I signed the document and didnt leave a negative review.
I feel ashamed I was able to be bamboozled into paying a refundable deposit however I hope one of the many reviews I will be leaving help others make better decisions.”

“As other have stated they are scammers - don’t bother with the financial ombudsman they don’t see this company as a fake therefore allowing these criminals to rip people off - yes in the eyes of the law here in England if your ripped by these low life’s they ‘look into the evidence provided’ yes even all of these people saying the same things! And they don’t think this is a scam, oh and don’t bother trying to claim back your money via Mastercard as stated by the financial ombudsman Mastercard are a notoriously hard nut to crack and don’t really do refunds- so of all the ‘fraud protection cover’ your bank promises you and these organisations like our not so good ombudsman there’s not really a great lot of point to them - still, even these law abiding companies will be paid for the job they simply do not do!! So really again it’s always going to be the public who suffer. Once this ‘operation’ trips themselves up and it all goes pear shaped they’ll just pop up somewhere else with a new name and all the rest completely unscathed.
By the way if you don’t answer their calls what they’ll do eventually is call you from withheld so you don’t know it’s them - what above board company rings and rings for nearly a year and then changes tact and calls you from withheld??
One last thing - all of your ‘positive’ reviews have each reviewed just one company… oh! And that’s just this one… not a coincidence…. Each review uses the same repetition of words and scenarios…of their ’hopes, aspirations and dreams’ word choice is just the same as their responses, long drawn out and complicated, with overuse of words which wouldn’t usually be in a ‘real review’ all fake reviews are posted on the same day in blocks posts.

“So approx 3 months ago I googled Australian visas and this "company" pops up. Says they can give a phone call for 40 dollars so I think "sod it" for 40 dollars they can answer some of my queries. He rings, and doesn't manage to answer any of my questions but continues to try and get me to give me more money so they can build a profile for me etc. This was around 800 pounds. I completely say no as alarm bells were ringing an then he put someone else on the phone. A lady, who seemed to know how to talk a bit better an gave me the answers I wanted an she states that getting the payment down today means that you're practically safe just incase Australia laws change. I said I would do a partial payment of 150 an the rest at another point. After doing this, my log in details wouldn't work an alarm bells were massively ringing, especially due to the fact that none of the 3 people I spoke to had an Australia accent either. So I ignored all there calls and off there own back they took another 650 something from my account without permission. I gave them a review and contacted my bank. They got me to sign some form an agreed to pay me the 650 something pounds back bur may take 45 business days. Which of course is absolutely ridiculous. Its now been approx 50 days an they're making silly excuses an saying they will keep in touch etc but I've heard nothing and still have not got the money back.
To anyone desperate to move, don't make the same foolish mistakes I've made. Be patient and find the write people to help you.
I will make sure I leave this review all over social media including Google and do everything I can to stop them making money.
