The first call was super friendly but pressured you into making a payment there and then, will give out false information about the visa you could get (my husband is to old for the visa they said (duc 100% recommend) confirmed this), then phone you with positives and ask for more money, they send you out a document to fill in, you fill it in, they're quiet for some time then will ask you for more documents, half of them you've already sent them, when you question them, they ghost you until you open a dispute then they say you've signed there terms and conditions which states they are not mara approved (even tho their website and emails say they are), cant guarantee a visa and they only offer helpful?? Information.
Never have a price list when I constantly asked for one, they seem to charge everyone different mounts, depending on what money you earn, they all use fake names, some have British agents, all their positive feedback are fake, they all use the same words, have left feedback for the same companies or are just random English spoken and names from other countries, how convenient!
If you want to waste hard earned cash on this ***** then this is the place for you, if you want correct advice and a visa I'd recommend anyone else

SCAM - This company operate a high pressure sales tactics and prey on the emotion attached to families and individuals looking to start a new adventure in Australia, they have awful reviews on multiple platforms where people have lost THOUSANDS of pounds to this company, specifically check Reddit forums.
They asked me to place a deposit after I had explained I wanted to take some time to consider proceeding and discuss with my wife. I specifically asked if the payment could. be refunded to which their rep confirmed it would be. within 24 hours I contacted them to cancel and refund to which they refused.
Over the last 8 weeks they have called me repeatedly stating that they cannot cancel without me signing a document. The document if signed prevents you from leaving negative reviews about the company. Another scare tactic and completely immoral.
If you need a red flag to put you off using this company let it be that when I spoke to them most recently they offered to refund 50% of my money if I signed the document and didnt leave a negative review.
I feel ashamed I was able to be bamboozled into paying a refundable deposit however I hope one of the many reviews I will be leaving help others make better decisions.”
