“I ordered trousers for my sister in October, I have emailed, spoken on the chat line, and had many false promises that they will be sent as a priority. Nothing, now even the chat doesn't respond, this is a scam.”
“Terrible customer service!!! 3 of the 4 items I purchased: 1 was the incorrect item altogether, 1 was polyester instead of denim per the item description and 1 was missing an entire word out of the quote on the t-shirt. The t-shirt's description said cotton, but again, it was polyester. Even though these errors were the fault of the company, they wanted me to pay to ship them back to China and would not refund the full amount (minus shipping) until they received them. I ended up settling for a partial refund and am donating the items to Goodwill. Crazy that I am out money due to their error!!!”
“Avoid at all cost! iClothing lists items with a different colour than that of the manufacturer and manipulates pictures. Now I'm stuck with a dress I can't use because return fees are ridiculous. Rubbish customer support.”
