“Your sales lady (Mia ?) was very helpful. The order of two chairs and table arrived on time, undamaged. AS we live in Newcastle, I ordered these items without having seen them in the flesh. Mia organised a Virtual Consultation via Facetime so my wife and I could see the products. Mia also organised some tall colleagues sit on the chairs at the table so we could see how people could reach the table whilst simulating eating. So we took a risk, but it turned out very well.”
