“I thought the service was very good, watch turned up in time and in brand new condition. Problem was when the battery died and I tried to put the serial number into there website to get it changed, the site said the serial number was not a proper one. So not sure if I have a real Tag Heuer or fake?”

Hi Nicholas, please can you contact the store for this. We need to just check the date of your warranty card. Tags online warranty System rolled out across 2-3 countries at different times meaning pre warranty system watches wouldnt display. We have the confidence in the store we purchased this watch from and can provide a letter of validity. Please let me know if you had any issues with our service when you first purchased your watch.
