They first mauled the manuscript with their AI then published it online on Adam Benson’s (my “case worker “) personal Kindle Direct Publishing account!And they published it under someone else’s name (not mine) listed as author. Then my case worker, Adam Benson ghosted me. They essentially stole my book! I finally got in touch with someone else and they put the book under my account with my name listed as author. However, I still have not received any of the hard copies promised in the contract. I got a hold of some one at Iconic the call “Compliance Officer .” His name is Samual Marin. He agreed to refund me half my money and transferred me to the “Financial Officer,” Don McLean .This person never answered the phone and never returned my call after having left a detailed message. I called several times to get back in touch with the “Compliance Officer “ but he never answered the phone or returned the call. They are playing a shell game that is well rehearsed leaving me with little recourse. These are professional scammers and need to be held accountable!”
