The lamp that I bought was as expected (including an apparently good quality item with very poor assembly instructions as mentioned in other reviews). I ordered and paid for 4 bulbs, but received only 1. I am waiting for either 3 more bulbs or a refund.

Following my asking where my parcel was I was eventually refunded all of the postage - thank you for that - but customer services seemed to have little interest in finding out what was happening with my lamp and I had to nag them rather than them proactively questioning the courier and keeping me informed.

The lamp arrived quickly and in good working order, well packaged. However the enclosed information states not to be used on tubular bedheads. This is exactly where i wanted to use it! Not stated in the website information. I queried this hoping for a refund but was told to ignore it and carry on using

Negatives - Product not as described. Product damaged. Had to debate to get full refund. One member of staff quite patronising stating our full refund was a gesture of goodwill.
Positives - Prompt responses. One staff member thanked us and said he would arrange for the item description to be amended.

Ordered two floor lamps del was prompt but the shoes on the lamps did not fit very straight , also ordered to light bulbs which never arrived called Iconic lights and they said they would send them out to me which they did but recieved two spot light bulbs so had to go out and re purchase two more bulbs so do e pect a refund for the two I never recieved

Absolute heap of junk fit for the bin!! Bought a table lamp, box was battered to bits, glass ball in the stand broken but no glass bits to be found anywhere in the box so must have been shipped like that, the stand is well loose and swivels round, flops, and the light bulb hums when you turn it on, that's if you can eventually screw it in, the top screw on the stand is completely loose just swivels around, nothing to hold it, all together it's a fire hazard waiting to happen and can't use it the state it's in - shockingly bad!!! I want a refund please, don't trust to buy from Iconic lights again, what a disgrace, this is not industry standard tested or acceptable to any consumer

A full refund was given which was appreciated but I do feel sorry for other buyers as these lamps are still for sale on the website which i don't think is acceptable, unless there has been new stock which is undamaged.

Had a problem with new customer code , it said get £5 of for new customers who signs up to newsletters I did this but never got the discount when I email the company this never got resolved , I did receive my item which was of very good quality and arrived very well packed and within the set time . The item unfortunately was not suitable so now returned awaiting a refund .
