“I purchased tow Polti products in November 2021, a steam cleaner and a steam generator iron. The iron went faulty after a few weeks I contacted Polti they changed the item immediately they informed me Polti knew there was a fault on this item and just to throw the other one away this has happened another twice this month for the third time. I i formed them enough was enough I required a full refund and they could arrange to have the iron collected. I was told by Polti I neede to claim. A fund from IDEAL World as. They has received the money Ideal world has told me they have no responsibility as any good bought before February 2022 they did not need to attend to as that part of their business went into administration so I stand if successful to get 66 pence back. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE what a rip of the iron cost £106 Don’t buy from Ideal World”
“I ordered some bengalines which came apart at the seam after 2 wears and one wash ,when I contacted Ideal World I was informed it was out of the 14 days returns policy ,even though they were actually faulty , my advice is buy from somewhere who values their customers”
