“Ordered sets of curtains for 3 windows and matching cushions, paid and was sent receipt. A week later, expecting delivery, received cushions then email saying curtains out of stock. Was given a refund for curtains but left with cushions only. Very disappointed and a lot of time wasted.”

“I purchased three cushion covers from this company and I was expecting them to be all the same pattern coordination. A thick brown stripe at one and the stripes getting lighter towards the other side, but they are all different variations. Tried to email and other ways to contact them, but had no luck hence this review...”

“Curtains delivered box what they came in was disgusting curtains the plastic was all ripped they were dirty waiting for a sticker so i can send them back that was a wk ago still waiting for sticker not very happy”

“I ordered 4 cushion covers and then received a series of e mails from them. They thanked me for my order then told me they were out of stock and the e mails about 4 more carried on from there. I did get my money refunded a couple of days later. I don't think they know what they are doing.”

“Not happy with the delivery lead time and the lack of communication from the company. I placed my order on 19th September and didn't get an email until 27th September to say that my order had been dispatched. Seeing as there was a delay in delivering my item, I sent an email to customer service to change the delivery address as I wasn't staying at the address for very long. However I didn't get a response from anyone and the item got delivered to the original address.”

“Item ordered was unsuitable so I sent it back for exchange.They deny receiving it and told me I must take it up with Post Office. I have proof of posting but not tracking. Caring/sharing I think not!! All for a measely £10.”

“Unfortunately my 1st order with Ideal Textiles was completely wrong so I have returned the full order for a refund, however, if I receive a full refund without delay for my returned order I would still buy from Ideal Textiles as customer services were helpful regarding this issue when I contacted them.”

“I ordered a silver duvet set to be sent a black one and yes the colour to me did not matter too much I do also like black though when I emailed them about the issue to ensure it didn't happen to anyone else according to their system I had ordered floral tiebacks which is a completely different product to what I ordered and what I received. Not happy.”
