“Didn't receive my parcel, Hermes said they delivered it, lies I was in all day sunday, never been anywhere near my front door. £12.85 gone might as well dropped money down a drain. Not happy customer and can't do a dam thing about it. Ideal need to use reputable couriers, Hermes are robbing their goods.”

“I spent 2 weeks awaiting a item that was stated delivered. I contacted Royal Mail. They were no help I’ve been contacting ideal textiles for 2 weeks now with no response. My item is missing in transit and you are offering no help in tracking it I will not be using this company again and am awaiting a full refund.”

“Very disappointed with what my curtains as one of them is faulty it is crooked and looked awful as the measurements on the panel were different. I now have expected the inconvenience myself and return the curtain why I knew curtain couldn’t just be sent to myself I don’t understand please see attached pictures. I have not yet returned the item due to time it would be very grateful if a new curtain could just be sent to me as the other curtain is absolutely fine this is such a shame as the curtains are beautiful”

“Ordered 4 voile panels, one was faulted the other wrong size. I rang and advised replacements would be sent. Called after I didn’t receive replacement to be told they have insufficient stock. Currently still waiting g for return label to send whole order back”

“I have not received my order yet !! When I tracked my order, it shows "Your parcel is on the vehicle for delivery" and this has been from 9 September till now !!”

“Having received brand new curtains with a sizeable sticky blob on one of them I asked for a replacement pair. Communication was very poor with staff not able to give straight answers (I had 2 confusing emails that they were in stock & were being sent, then they weren’t as supplier was out of stock). During a phone call to then request a full refund & giving them my order no, staff then traced me on their records to an order with different curtains (reading me a different description on the phone) & advised me to return the faulty curtains & email them my postage receipt (which I did promptly & they confirmed they had received this). I was reassured I would receive a full refund for both curtains & postage promptly. I have received my refund today for the curtains only - no postage! Have had to make yet another phone call to be told that they will refund me today. No apology for my inconvenience from the lady which should be the most basic professional conduct! Not impressed, service rubbish & would definately not recommend.”

“Unhappy with my recent purchase from Ideal Textiles. Upon receiving my order I noticed a few pulls in the cotton on the bedding and the steam of the curtains was unstitched resulting in having to rectify this myself as it was very noticeable once the curtains were hung up. Wouldn’t recommend”

“Had an email to say these had been dispatched then another two days later saying the bale was damaged and they couldn’t supply. I fully understand this happens but why tell people it was en route? Completely threw my project. Hate dishonesty!”

“Ordered curtains from here received an email saying it has been received then being told you couldn’t actually supply it! Very disappointing!”

“Large order placed for my holiday home so I had sufficient for turnarounds. Items that arrived were very poor quality with catches and snags of cotton. They are also mis-shapen. Material is so thin you can see through it. It is not fit for purpose, this is simply no good for use. Contacted the company to advise of my concerns regarding inadequate quality and dissatisfaction to be told they cannot be returned. They are not fit for purpose. I asked for the manager to call me last week, I am still waiting for a telephone call. These items need to be accepted back and for the company to arrange and pay for a courier. If I don’t hear back in the next few days, I will be contacting my card issuer for assistance.”

“Opened the cushion covers last week went away fir a couple if days come back and picked one up again to find the stitching isn’t great on one cover and the zip is actually broken haven’t had time yet to pack them up and return them. Not impressed at all with the quality although the material is god”
