“Late delivery and poor customer service. You can buy way better flowers for a fraction of the price”

“I paid £39.99 for a bunch of flowers called 'Starburst'. The flowers that got delivered were insubstantial in size and comparable to what you would pay £10 for in a supermarket. Customer service have dismissed my complaint as they say the flowers are of good quality and to value. For £39.99 I expected more and next time, I will stick to Tescos. I would not recommend this company if you want a product that reflects what you paid.”

“Don't use iFlorist...... Very poor quality flowers, damaged and not suitable for delivery without any reservoir or damp packing on their cut stems. Very Large Bouquet called 'Purple Passion' chosen for its beauty and a favourite colour at £39.99 .... Red and baby pink flowers received, nothing resembling purple. My Email points ignored along with photos... Response seemed semi automated, advising me to cut stems and place in water with food if no better in 48hours send photos... Photos already showed flowers cut and in a vase of water??? Have a 2nd voucher to use for this company... I feel cutting my losses with cost so far and not wasting any further hard earned money. Mostly I'll be saving myself further embarrassment and being mortified at seeing photos from my Mum of her surprise bouquet.”
