“The Research centre can be improved. By giving stock analysis by Indes , ex Ftse 100 stock at present are in alphabetic or by co code.
So anyone who is looking for ftse 100 stock ends up looking at other stock of no interest”

“There has been lot of execution problem. Need to improve a lot on that aspect . As winning customers are monitored and are on dealer referral which increases rejections in trade. Dealer intervention shouldn't be there as there is increase in number of rejections in trade.

The main area for improvement is that the economic calendar often fails to display announcements, market analysis or news update can be 24 + hours old. Also the iPhone app really should have a facility to show the economic calendar.”

i.e. I can trade IWM / SPX or Barclays / RBS or 0.8 * Bund - TY
Obviously you can charge bigger spreads for these products (not too large so customers can still potentially make money)
While the charts, alerts, limit and stop loss orders you can provide for these customisable products would be extremely interesting and valuable”
“IG is reliable and dependable with a great web site that doesn't crash and their free (4 trades per month req) real time 'ProReal Time' graphs are virtually as real time as the expensive Bloomberg or Reuters graphs.”
“I would like to rate two things:
1. The Internet browser Trading facility is very good as it the client service.
2. The SmartPhone Trading facility is very poor and when ever there is an upgrade there are always issues, which means there is no real efficient testing occurring.
An upgrade should tell the user which operating system the install would best work on, rather than assume everyone is on the same platform.
Upgrades should also test performance.
With the latest upgrade I can no longer use the mobile app for trading as it frustratingly slow unless I upgrade my phone I understand. I was not informed of this prior to the install.
