Placed an order of a straightener from their website and they delivered a defective straightener (the plates of that straightener were moving up and down) i placed a complaint regarding the replacement of the product and everytime a different person picks up the call and gives me a different answer. It's been more than a week and I've been raising constant complaints, calling them continuously mailing them everyday but still no proper response has been given to me regarding what's being done to solve my issue. SO PLEASE PLEASE Give IT A THOUGHT BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE FIRSTLY THEY WOULD DELIVER A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND THEN THEY WON'T EVEN TRY TO SOLVE YOUR ISSUE.
