“Avoid at all costs. They over charge. Take over 5 months to rectify false charges on bills. Also took a 24 month contract out at a particular price. turns out its was actually for 23 months at that price.
They email you one thing - then change the contract before you sign.
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM - READ EVERY WORD IN THE CONTRACT
When to speak them no one has any idea of what is going on and they have a really high turnover of staff (Dishonest staff must be hard to find and keep)
As you can see from their response they do not take customer complaints seriously - No denial about the above either.”
