“I was given a case and camera protector for Christmas. Case was absolutely adorable and I was super excited. Installed both the case and the camera cover within 24 hours. The camera cover had fallen off and was lost. Contacted customer support. They assured me they would send another one. Since it was a gift I had to send them the email address for the person that purchased it for me. I explained to them that it had been a gift and to please send it to my home. They instead sent it to the home of the purchaser, who by this time had moved to a different state. When I had called to check on the status, they sent me the photos of it being at her former home. I responded sending them the email thread stating the addressed properly. Send it. They assured me I would receive the replacement at my address. Here it is a month later and still nothing.
They don’t follow up with customer service or their promises. Think twice before purchasing. they are requesting my email address to verify purchase below. As stated previously, this will not be my email address as if this was a gift to me.”
